Kara Rea: I've always dealt best with my emotions by doing three things: praying, writing, and talking. I started writing this blog as an attempt to process our family's unexpectedly difficult path to parenthood. And while my husband and I now have two beautiful girls, the experiences and emotions we felt during the years I kept this blog have shaped us and will always be part of who we are. I still pray for families who are experiencing miscarriage, infertility, and obstacles on their journey to parenthood. I still write about these hard topics in addition to my more light hearted pieces on the ups and downs of modern day motherhood. And I still feel called to sit and talk with people about the hard things.
